Return & Refund Eligibility
A return or refund request will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition, incorrect product is delivered, or an item is missing from the package.
To be eligible, customers must provide a continuous 360° unboxing video with no cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

Capture the complete unboxing process from start to finish.

Clearly display the damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.

Be recorded in a single continuous shot without any breaks.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Return & Refund Window
All return or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons
Returns or refunds may be approved for:

Product received in a damaged or broken condition.

Incorrect product received.

Missing item(s) in the package.
Non-Eligible Reasons
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Colour, size, design, or style preference.

Minor variations in colour due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video.

Refund Process
If the submitted video and claim are verified and approved by VIYARAA, a full refund of the product amount paid will be issued.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
✔ If the product is approved for refund due to damage, wrong item, or missing item, no shipping charges will be deducted.
✔ If any shipping charges were paid at the time of order, the same will be included in the eligible refund only in approved cases.
❌ In case of returns (if approved under special circumstances), any shipping or courier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order is partially cancelled and the final cart value falls below the free shipping threshold (if applicable), VIYARAA reserves the right to apply standard shipping charges of ₹99/- to the order.
VIYARAA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Product Images & Descriptions
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery through trusted courier partners, delays caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, strikes, or courier-related issues are beyond our control.
